Week 7 – Break Week
It’s Week 7 of the 2026 Clever Girl Organizing Challenge! This one aligns with Massachusetts public school vacation week, and I know many of you Challengers are either going away or home with kiddos and organizing work may just not be in the cards.
Use this week to:
- Take an actual BREAK! Whether you’re traveling or staycationing or just need a BREATHER, do it!
- Keep organizing! Catch up on something you wanted to keep focusing on from earlier weeks
- Keep organizing! Look ahead at a project you think you want to get a head start on now
- Keep organizing! Work on your #scaryspace or tackle a space or category that *isn’t* on the SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE
- Switch Gears! Catch up on other life projects you’ve been neglecting whilst organizing
- Make those #exit strategies happen! Whether it’s getting stuff out or scheduling some pickups for future week decluttering, make the stuff go away!
Glancing ahead – we’ve got some big weeks in the future, including memorabilia and things like hobbies or kids toys/games. If you’re feeling like those might be tough ones for you, maybe use this week to get a head start, even if it’s just in your HEAD — what’s your plan, what are you worried about, what would feel great at the end?
You can also use this week to post some #banda photos and they’ll count as part of your 9-of-11 weeks for a free hour of virtual consulting with me. I
